VENUE DIRECTIONS The ride venue (start/finish) is at 340m altitude on Mynydd Tre-beddau, National Grid Reference SN 490 344. The venue is approached from a minor road which runs between New Inn (on the A485 Carmarthen to Llanybydder road) and Brechfa village (on the B4310). At New Inn, turn right if you're coming from Carmarthen; turn left if you're coming from Llanybydder. After just under 2 miles, there's a forest road on the right, which will be signposted EGB. The same point can be reached from Brechfa in just under 5 miles - having taken the left fork towards New Inn at a junction on top of the mountain - but the road is bendier. Follow the forestry road for about a mile to the venue, which is in a broad clearing. |
